To prep a large batch of bacon before a busy service, use a conventional oven. For easy cleanup, line your sheet pan with foil.

Place slices in a flat baking pan and bake without turning for 6–9 minutes at 375°F to an internal temperature of 160°F. Drain on absorbent paper.


To prep a steady stream of bacon during peak times (hello, brunch service), keep the flat top stocked.

Grill over medium heat (375°F) for 3–6 minutes to an internal temperature of 160°F. Drain on absorbent paper.
