Great for game day, this bloody mary is topped with a spicy fried pickle and a classic slider. To finish, it’s crowned with a crispy piece of dry aged bacon.

Dry Aged Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, Uncooked

Product Information


1 3 ounce slider patty
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1 2.5-inch brioche bun, toasted
1 slice American cheese
1 slice Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
1 pub pickle, beer battered and cooked
18 ounce bloody mary


Step 1
Season patty with salt and pepper and cook to internal temperature of 155˚F. Top with cheese slice during final minute of cooking. Place slider on bun. 
Step 2
Weave 1 slice of cooked bacon onto skewer. Add slider and pub pickle to skewer.  Add skewer to bloody mary and serve.
