48 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Country Club Boneless Slicing Ham, cut into 1 1/4" chunks
36 ounces fresh pineapple, cut into 1" chunks
3 ripe mangos, peeled, pitted, and cut into 1" chunks
9 ounces apricot or peach preserves
6 tablespoons Pickapeppa sauce*
*Pickapeppa sauce is a spicy Jamaican sauce. If not available, substitute 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce and 1/2 tsp hot pepper sauce


Step 1
Alternately thread ham, pineapple, and mango onto metal skewers.

Step 2
Combine preserves and Pickapeppa sauce. Brush over skewers.

Step 3
Grill or broil skewers on medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until ham is hot.

Step 4
Brush skewers with any remaining preserve mixture before serving.
