8 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon 12 ounces tortilla chips 3 cups chili, housemade or purchased 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded Optional toppings: Jalapeño slices Sour cream
Step 1 Cook bacon according to package instructions; set aside to cool and then crumble or chop. Preheat broiler to high and move rack to highest position. Step 2 Layer chips on an oven safe baking sheet and top with chili, crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese. Step 3 Broil until chili is hot and cheese is melted and lightly browned, about 5 - 7 minutes. Serve immediately with jalapeño slices and sour cream, if desired.
