12 portabella mushroom caps, rinsed, and drained 2 tablespoons olive oil 8 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Slicing Ham, finely chopped 1 1/2 cups muenster cheese, shredded Salt and pepper to taste
Step 1 Remove stems from mushroom caps; save for another use. Brush mushroom caps with olive oil. Place, inside up, on parchment lined half sheet pan. Step 2 Combine ham and cheese. Place approximately 3 tablespoons in each cap. Step 3 Place on grill, cover, and grill 3 to 4 minutes. Or bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through.
