36 small bell peppers (red, yellow, green or orange)
12 ounces soft cream cheese
20 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, finely diced
3 tablespoons brown or yellow mustard
3/4 cup green onions, finely chopped
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoons olive oil


Step 1
Slice peppers in half, remove seeds.

Step 2
Beat cream cheese in large bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment on medium speed until creamy, about 2 minutes. Mix in ham, mustard, green onions, and worcestershire on low speed until well combined.

Step 3
Fill each pepper half with one rounded tablespoon of cream cheese mixture. Preheat grill to medium heat.

Step 4
Brush bottoms of filled peppers with olive oil. Sprinkle tops lightly with paprika. Place peppers on grill, filling facing up.
