17 ounces puff pastry, thawed
2 teaspoons dijon mustard
6 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, finely diced
4 ounces Wisconsin gruyère or swiss cheese, shredded
1/3 cup fresh basil, chopped (optional)
2 eggs, beaten


Step 1
Spray puff pastry sheets lightly with non-stick cooking spray. Place on lightly floured surface.

Step 2

Spread mustard evenly over each. Sprinkle ham over mustard, leaving 1/2-inch of pastry at top of longer side uncovered. Top with cheese and basil.

Step 3

Starting at longer side roll up tightly, jelly-roll fashion; pinch seam to seal. Brush top with egg. Cut each roll into 18 slices approximately 1/2-inch thick. Place on parchment-paper lined sheet pan.

Step 4
Bake in preheated 400°F standard oven 14 to 16 minutes or until pastry is golden and filling is hot.
