8 ounces light cream cheese, softened
4 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Chinese-style mustard
6 flour tortillas
8 ounces spinach, washed and stems removed
4 medium tomatoes, each cut into 6 slices
8 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Precooked Bacon Slices, chopped


Step 1
Combine cream cheese, horseradish, and mustard until well blended. Spread approximately 4 tablespoons cream cheese mixture over 1 side of each tortilla.

Step 2
Layer spinach and tomato slices over 3/4 of each tortilla, leaving 1/4 of cream cheese mixture exposed. Sprinkle 1/3 cup bacon bits evenly over tomato slices. Roll up each tortilla tightly beginning with side covered with spinach and ending with cream cheese mixture. Wrap individually with plastic wrap; refrigerate overnight.

Step 3
When ready to serve, cut each tortilla into 8 slices. Arrange 4 slices per plate.
