1/4 cup panko crumbs
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
2 teaspoons toasted sesame oil, divided
1 egg, lightly beaten
1 1/2 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce, divided

Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil

Step 1
To make meatballs, crumble sausage into a large bowl; add scallions, panko crumbs, cilantro, ginger, 1 teaspoon sesame oil, egg, 1 teaspoon Asian chili garlic sauce, salt and pepper, and mix by hand or with a fork until combined. Form into balls approximately 1 1/2 inches in diameter.

To make sauce, combine soy sauce, water, lime juice, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and honey in bowl and mix well. Serve alongside meatballs.
