Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F.
Step 2
In large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, cheese, onion, sausage, thyme and milk. Mix until everything is combined.
Step 3
Roll into small balls, approximately 1 tablespoon in size, and place on foil-lined baking sheet.
Step 4
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and brown.
Step 5
To make dipping sauce, mix together apricot preserves, mustard and thyme in small bowl. Serve alongside sausage balls.
