Great for an appetizer menu or served with drinks, these savory pork sausage meatballs are served with a sweet apricot and mustard dipping sauce.

Product Information


2 cups flour 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
2 teaspoons baking powder 
2 cups sharp Cheddar cheese, grated 
1/2 cup onion, finely diced 
 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Ground Pork Sausage Roll
1 teaspoon thyme leaves 
1/4 cup milk 
1 cup apricot preserves 
1/3 cup Dijon mustard 
1 teaspoon thyme leaves


Step 1
Preheat oven to 400˚F. 

Step 2
In large bowl, combine flour, salt, pepper, baking powder, cheese, onion, sausage, thyme and milk. Mix until everything is combined. 

Step 3

Roll into small balls, approximately 1 tablespoon in size, and place on foil-lined baking sheet. 

Step 4

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until cooked through and brown. 

Step 5
To make dipping sauce, mix together apricot preserves, mustard and thyme in small bowl. Serve alongside sausage balls.
