Product Information


12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Ground Pork Sausage Roll 
8 ounces package cream cheese, softened 
1/2 cup grated parmesan 
1/4 teaspoon ground sage 
1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped 
Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional) 
1 pound jalapeño, halved and seeded 


Step 1
Place sausage in medium skillet and cook until browned, breaking up as you cook. Drain, if necessary. 

Step 2

Place cream cheese and parmesan in medium bowl. Add sausage and mix to combine. Stir in sage, parsley, and red pepper flakes. 

Step 3

Preheat oven to 400˚F. 

Step 4

Fill each jalapeño half with sausage mixture. Place on baking dish. Bake until lightly browned, about 20-25 minutes.
