Product Information


8 large eggs
1/4 cup sugar
4 cups 2% or whole milk
1 1/4 pounds Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Ground Pork Sausage, cooked and crumbled
7 cups sliced cinnamon swirl bread, cut into 1" squares
4 cups apples, peeled and diced 1/2" pieces
Sifted powdered sugar, optional
1 1/2 cups pure maple syrup, warmed


Step 1
Beat together eggs and sugar in very large bowl. Beat in milk. Add sausage crumbles, bread cubes and apples; toss well.

Step 2

Transfer mixture to greased or buttered half hotel pan (18" x 12" x 2"); press down lightly. Let stand 15 minutes.

Step 3

Bake 45 minutes in a 375ºF conventional oven or 30 minutes in a 325ºF convection oven or until puffed and golden brown. Let stand 5 minutes.

Step 4
Cut pan 4 x 3 into 12 squares (8 oz each); transfer to warm serving plates. Dust with powdered sugar if desired. Serve with syrup.
