Ingredients

8 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Sausage links or patties
8 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
3 cups (12 oz) cheddar cheese, grated
8 eggs
8 ounces elbow macaroni noodles
3 slices bread, cubed
2 tablespoons butter, melted

Preparation

Step 1
Cook sausage and bacon. Once cooled, chop bacon and sausage into bite-size pieces and place in large bowl. Add grated cheese and eggs. Stir well; set aside.

Step 2
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Cook pasta to al dente; drain and then add to egg and cheese mixture. Stir to combine; season with salt and pepper.

Step 3
Pour mixture into four small ramekins. In small bowl combine bread and butter; toss to combine. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of macaroni mixture and bake until heated through, about 20 minutes.
