12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooke Sausage Patties, heated 6 tablespoons butter 12 large eggs 12 english muffins, split and toasted 6 ounces cream cheese 1/4 cup green onions or chives, chopped Prepared cranberry chutney, optional
Step 1 Heat sausage according to package directions. Meanwhile, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Step 2 Carefully crack eggs into hot butter in skillet. Cover; cook 3 minutes or until eggs are set with soft centers or longer to desired doneness. Step 3 Spread cut sides of toasted muffins with cream cheese. Add green onions or chives, as desired. Place sausage patties over bottoms of muffins; top with eggs, cranberry chutney (if desired) and muffin tops.
