1 (6-8 oz) burger patty, made with 30% Jones Dairy Farm Ground Breakfast Sausage
2 slices potato bread or english muffin, lightly toasted and buttered
1 plum tomato, sliced
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons white or baby bella mushrooms, sliced and fried
1 egg, fried as desired
2 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
1 tablespoon Heinz HP brown sauce


Griddle burger to desired doneness. Let rest atop one slice of toasted potato bread. Season tomato slices with salt and pepper; broil on high heat until roasted.

Step 2
Top burger patty with fried mushrooms, broiled tomato slices, fried egg, bacon slices and brown sauce. Place remaining slice of bread on top and serve with additional brown sauce.
