2 Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage Patties, chopped 
1/4 cup refried beans, divided 
2 corn tortillas, toasted or prepared tostada shells
2 eggs 
1 1/2 tablespoons milk 
1 small scallion, thinly sliced, divided 
1/4 cup grape tomatoes, halved 
1/4 avocado, thinly sliced 
Crumbled cotija cheese, for garnish 
Cilantro, for garnish



Step 1
Place skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add chicken sausage and cook until browned.

Step 2
Whisk together eggs and milk; add to skillet with sausage along with half scallions and cook until eggs are cooked through. Remove from heat and set aside. 

Step 3
Spread 2 tablespoons refried beans on each toasted tortilla. Top each with half the egg and sausage scramble, grape tomatoes and avocado. Garnish with cotija and cilantro. Serve immediately.
