1 Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage Patty
2 slices thick-cut brioche or crusty bread
1 teaspoon prepared harissa sauce
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon softened butter, plus more for cooking
2 large eggs
1 tablespoon fresh chives or green onion tops, chopped

Preparation

Step 1
Cook sausage patty on flat top grill for 2 minutes per side or until browned and heated through.

Step 2
In small bowl mix together harissa and mayonnaise. Spread mixture on inner sides of bread slices. Spread butter on outsides of bread.

Step 3
Beat together eggs and chives and cook in lightly buttered nonstick skillet over medium heat until soft set.

Step 4
Place sausage and eggs over harissa mayo and close sandwich with buttered sides out. Cook sandwich on flat top grill for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
