Chorizo sausage adds the perfect amount of spice to any breakfast dish. Add Spanish Eggs to your menu for a dish your guests will love.
This recipe is made with
1 dozen eggs 1 1/2 pounds Jones Chorizo Sausage 1/2 pound panko bread crumbs
Step 1 Preheat oven to 350° F. Step 2 Beginning with cold water, simmer eggs in heavily salted water 8 minutes. Cool, then peel eggs. Step 3 Evenly coat each egg with 1/4 inch chorizo sausage. Roll sausage covered egg in panko bread crumbs. Gently press bread crumbs. Parmesan cheese or other flavorings may be added to breadcrumbs. Step 4 Place coated eggs on sheet pan. Bake in oven until sausage is fully cooked and breadcrumbs turn golden brown.
