14 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Ham, chopped
1 cup red bell pepper, cut into strips
1 cup asparagus, chopped
3 ounces leeks, sliced
2 cups swiss cheese, shredded
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
8 eggs, slightly beaten
24 ounces half and half or heavy cream
2 prepared 9" single crust pie pastry


Step 1
Combine ham, peppers, asparagus, leek, cheese and flour. Toss lightly to evenly coat all ingredients with flour. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine eggs and half and half until well blended. Divide ham mixture evenly between pie crusts. Pour 1.5 cups half and half mixture over each.

Step 3
Bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 45 to 50 minutes, or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning to serve.
