24 rustic white country bread slices
12 ounces Wisconsin gruyère or Swiss cheese, sliced
20 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, thinly sliced
12 ounces Wisconsin brick cheese, sliced
 6 eggs, slightly beaten
1 1/2 cups milk
3 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped (optional)
Powdered sugar (optional)
Maple syrup (optional)


Step 1
For each sandwich layer 1 slice of bread with 1 slice gruyère, 2 ounces sliced ham, and 1 slice brick cheese. Cover with second bread slice.

Step 2
Combine eggs, milk and rosemary. Dip sandwiches in egg mixture, coating both sides.

Step 3
Grill sandwiches on preheated oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 4 minutes per side or until bread is golden and cheese begins to melt. Sprinkle powdered sugar on top and serve with maple syrup, if desired.
