10 Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links
16 ounces raisin bread, cubed
6 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk 
1 1/2 cups half and half
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup brown sugar
4 ounces pecans, coarsely chopped
1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
1/4 cup maple syrup


Step 1
Brown sausage; drain. Cut into bite-size pieces.

Step 2
Combine sausage and bread. Place mixture in bottom of well-sprayed 4-inch deep half hotel pan.

Step 3
Combine eggs, milk, half and half, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnamon until blended. Pour over sausage mixture. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Step 4

For topping, combine brown sugar, pecans, butter and maple syrup. Sprinkle over sausage mixture just before baking.

Step 5

Bake in preheated 350°F oven 45 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
