12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Ground Sausage
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
12 eggs
1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup unsweetened plain almond milk
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper 
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg


Step 1
Preheat oven to 375˚F. Break up sausage into small pieces and place in medium bowl. Squeeze any remaining liquid out of spinach, and add to sausage. Sprinkle Feta cheese over mixture and toss lightly until combined. Lightly spread mixture onto bottom of greased 9x13-inch casserole dish or 18 greased muffin cups.

Step 2
In large bowl beat eggs, cream, almond milk, salt, pepper and nutmeg until fully combined. Gently pour into pan or muffin cups until about 3/4 full.

Step 3

Bake 50 minutes for casserole, or 30 minutes for muffin cups; until fully set. Serve warm or at room temperature.
