1 1/3 cups milk
4 large eggs, slightly beaten
1/4 cups butter, melted
3 tablespoons honey mustard
22 ounces buttermilk baking mix
1 1/2 cups swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded
12 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Cherry Hardwood Smoked Bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
3 tablespoons tart cherries, dried
3 tablespoons green onions, thinly sliced


Step 1
Combine milk, eggs, melted butter and mustard until well blended. Stir in baking mix, cheese, bacon, cherries and onions until all ingredients are combined.

Step 2
Place #8 scoop of batter in each of twelve 3 3/4-inch well-greased muffin cups.

Step 3
Bake in preheated 350°F convection oven 18 to 20 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. (Or bake in preheated 400°F standard oven 20 to 22 minutes.)

Step 4
Cool in pan on wire rack 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire racks.
