9 slices white bread
40 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Ham, chopped 
12 ounces mushrooms, chopped  
24 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
9 eggs
3 cups milk or light cream


Step 1
Cube bread into 1" pieces. Place in bottom of well-sprayed 4" deep half hotel pan. Top with layers of ham, mushrooms, and cheese.

Step 2
Combine eggs and half-and-half. Pour mixture into hotel pan.

Step 3
Bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 50-60 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
