Product Information


12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Uncooked Sausage Chub 
4 large eggs 
5-6 ounces tortilla chips 
1 cup salsa 
15 ounces cooked black beans, drained 
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded 
2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped 
1/2 avocado, diced 
Hot sauce (optional)



Step 1
Heat oven to 400˚F. 

Step 2
Crumble sausage into large sauté pan and cook over medium heat for 8 minutes, or until golden brown. Drain. 

Step 3
Meanwhile, crack eggs into small bowl; whisk to scramble. Pour into small pan set over medium heat. Cook, stirring frequently, until just set – about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. 

Step 4
Place half tortilla chips into 9-inch baking dish. Layer salsa, black beans, sausage, scrambled eggs and cheese on top of chips. Creating at least two layers

Step 5
Cover with foil and bake 5-10 minutes, or until cheese melts. Remove from oven; top with cilantro and avocado. Serve with hot sauce or additional salsa, if desired.
