6 Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch pieces
8 ounces medium onion, chopped
18 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup half and half
4 ounces cheddar cheese, shredded
12 ounces artichoke hearts, canned, drained and chopped
16 ounces cream style corn, canned
5 ounces green chilies, canned, drained and chopped
2 prepared pastry shells


Step 1
Sauté sausage and onion in large skillet over medium heat 5 minutes or until onions are transparent. Set aside.

Step 2

Combine eggs and half-and-half. Stir in sausage mixture, cheese, and vegetables. Divide mixture evenly between pastry lined 10" pie plates.

Step 3
Bake in preheated 350˚F standard oven 40 to 50 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before portioning.
