Preparation
Step 1
Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp. Crumble or cut into small pieces and set aside to cool completely.
Step 2
In a large bowl, beat the cream to stiff peaks.
Step 3
In another large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, maple syrup and cooled bacon. Fold in the cream.
Step 4
Transfer to a covered container and freeze until the mixture has hardened, at least 6 hours.
