1 pound ground beef
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon onion, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
4 slices Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon, cooked and chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, grated
4 hamburger buns
Lettuce, tomato, ketchup and mustard, for topping


Step 1
Heat grill to medium-high heat.

Step 2
In bowl, combine ground beef, worcestershire sauce, grated onion and salt and pepper. Mix together lightly.

Step 3
Form mixture into 8 portions. Flatten each portion into thin patty.

Step 4
Divide bacon and shredded cheddar into 4 portions. Place 1 portion on each of the 4 patties.

Step 5
Place remaining 4 patties over top and pinch edges to seal, forming 4 patties.

Step 6
Grill patties until they reach desired doneness, 4-8 minutes per side.

Step 7
Place patties on hamburger buns and top with desired toppings.
