3/4 cups brown sugar 3/4 cups ketchup 3 tablespoons worcestershire sauce 3 tablespoons dijon mustard 24 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Country Club slicing ham, sliced into 12 thick steaks
Step 1 Preheat grill to medium. Step 2 Combine brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and worcestershire sauce. Brush 1 tablespoon sauce over one side of each ham steak. Step 3 Grill, sauce side up, on medium 2 to 3 minutes. Turn; brush 1 tablespoon sauce over top side. Grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until ham is hot. Serve with remaining sauce.
