1 Jones Dairy Farm Country Club Semi-Boneless Hickory Smoked Ham 1 cup packed light brown sugar 2 1/2 ounces bourbon or whiskey 4 teaspoons soy sauce
Step 1 Combine brown sugar, bourbon, and soy sauce; mix well. Step 2 Unwrap ham and place on parchment-paper lined half sheet pan. Score surface of ham into diamond shapes using a sharp knife. Step 3 Spread half brown sugar mixture over ham. Step 4 Bake about 1-1/2 hours or until internal temperature of ham reaches 140ºF. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
