Imagine if braised short ribs tasted like smoky bacon. Incredible, right? Well these succulent, quickly-braised Bac’n Bones are that good.
This recipe is made with
3 Jones Fully Cooked Bac’n Bones 4 ounces cannellini bean 1 ounce cherry tomatoes 1 tablespoon vegetable soup base 1 ounce baby kale
Step 1: Remove bacon rib rack from package and cut down bones. Step 2: In hot oiled pan sauté beans, tomatoes and bacon bones until slightly caramelized. Step 3: Add vegetable concentrate and just enough water to cover vegetables. Step 4: Simmer for about 10 minutes. Step 5: Fry baby kale in deep fryer until crisp, about 10 20 seconds. Step 6: Transfer to shallow bowl to serve. Garnish with baby kale.
