1/2 cup apple jelly
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 ounces rum
1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
12 slices Jones Dairy Farm Country Club Boneless Slicing Ham, cut into thick steaks


Step 1
Melt jelly in saucepan on low heat. Stir in brown sugar, rum, and allspice until well combined. Brush one side of each ham steak with jelly mixture.

Step 2
Grill, jelly side up, on medium heat 2 to 3 minutes. Turn, brush jelly mixture over top side. Grill an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until ham is hot.
