12 chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
12 slices Swiss or provolone cheese
24 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, sliced
1/2 cup butter or margarine, melted
3/4 cup butter
6 tablespoons flour
24 ounces chicken broth
24 ounces heavy cream


Step 1
Pound chicken breasts to about 1/4-inch thickness. Layer each with 1 slice cheese and 2 ounces ham. Fold chicken breasts and secure with wooden pick.

Step 2
Place on parchment-paper lined half sheet pan. Brush with melted butter. Bake in preheated 400°F standard oven 30 to 35 minutes or until chicken reaches 165°F and cheese is melted.

Step 3
Meanwhile for sauce, melt butter in saucepan on medium-high heat. Stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in broth and cream.

Step 4
Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Boil and stir 1 minute until thickened; add salt and pepper to taste. Keep warm. Portion 1/2 cup sauce over each baked chicken breast.
