Ingredients

1 pound Jones Dairy Farm Chorizo Sausage 
2 eggs 
1 cup creamed corn 
1 cup whole kernel corn, cooked and drained 
1 cup sour cream 
1 stick butter, melted 
8 1/2 ounces corn bread mix 

Preparation

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350° F.

Step 2
In skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat. Do not fully cook sausage. Sausage will cook during baking process. Do not crumble sausage while browning. Set aside.

Step 3
Mix remaining ingredients. When blended, fold in cooked chorizo.

Step 4
Pour batter into 1/2 hotel buttered pan. Place in oven.

Step 5
Bake 35-40 minutes or until batter is fully cooked in center.
