Product Information


1 pound prepared pizza dough
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded 
4 cloves garlic, chopped 
1/2 cup fresh dill, chopped and divided 
1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped 
1/2 cup kalamata olives, chopped 
1/2 red onion, sliced 
1 roasted red pepper, cut into thin slices 
1 (12 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Pork Sausage Roll 
1/2 cup feta cheese 


Step 1
Place pizza stone in oven and preheat to 450ºF.

Step 2
In medium skillet, cook sausage according to package directions until browned and cooked through, breaking it up as it cooks. Set aside. 

Step 3
On floured surface, roll out pizza dough and brush with olive oil; sprinkle mozzarella cheese over crust evenly. Top with 1/4 cup dill, followed by artichokes, kalamata olives, red onion, red peppers, sausage and feta cheese. 

Step 4
Cook pizza according to dough instructions. Remove from oven; sprinkle with remaining dill and serve.
