1 tablespoon olive oil
12 ounces red bell pepper, cut into chunks
12 ounces green bell pepper, cut into chunks
9 garlic cloves, minced
40 ounces reduced sodium chicken broth
32 ounces refrigerated cheese filled ravioli
44 ounces Italian seasoned or pasta-style diced tomatoes, canned, undrained
24 Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Sausage Links, sliced  
3 ounces parmesan cheese, grated
3/4 cup fresh basil or parsley, chopped
Red pepper flakes (optional)


Step 1
Heat oil in a large, deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add bell peppers and garlic; cook and stir 2 minutes.

Step 2
Add broth; bring to a simmer. Add ravioli; cover and simmer 5 minutes.

Step 3
Stir in tomatoes and sausage; simmer uncovered 10 minutes or until ravioli and vegetables are tender.

Step 4
Portion 1-1/2 cups (1 lb.) into shallow bowls; top each with 1 tablespoon cheese, 1 tablespoon basil and red pepper flakes, if desired.
