Pork Sausage Stuffing

Uncooked Pork Sausage Roll, Mild

Product Information

Ingredients

1 1/2 pounds Jones No Sugar Pork Roll Sausage
4 garlic cloves 
1 quart of chicken stock 
6 cups of Cannellini beans or other white bean
3 radicchio leaves (quartered and grilled)
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes 
Parsley as needed 
Parmesan cheese as needed 
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Preparation

Step 1:

Cook sausage until lightly brown. Drain off all but 2 tablespoons of fat.

Step 2:

Add garlic. Cook for 1 minute. 

Step 3:

Start by adding 2 cups of chicken stock, then add white beans, grilled radicchio and ½ tsp of red pepper flakes. 

Step 4: 

Bring to a simmer and allow to gently heat through. 

Step 5:

Add stock as needed for desired consistency. 

Step 6: 

Top with parsley, Parmesan cheese and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
