5 pieces Cherrywood Smoked Bacon Slab
1/2 C sugar
2 oranges
1/4 C brandy


Orange and Brandy Glazed Pork Belly Prep Directions

Step 1

Reduce brandy to cook off the alcohol and add orange juice, orange zest and sugar.

Step 2

Cook until consistency becomes syrupy.
