9 ounces peach preserves 4 teaspoons sherry vinegar or white wine vinegar 1 1/4 teaspoons cinnamon 1 Jones Dairy Farm Ham
Step 1 Combine preserves, vinegar, and cinnamon; mix well. Step 2 Unwrap ham and place on parchment-paper lined half sheet pan. Score surface of ham into diamond shapes using a sharp knife. Step 3 Spread 1/3 of preserve mixture over top of ham. Bake ham in preheated 300°F standard oven 1 hour. Step 4 Spread an additional 1/3 of preserve mixture over ham and bake an additional hour. Step 5 Spread remaining preserve mixture over ham and bake approximately 45 minutes or until ham reaches 140°F. Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
