Ingredients

12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Ground Sausage
1 medium onion, chopped
3 cups potatoes, cut to 1/2 inch cubes
3 cups chicken broth
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels
12 ounces evaporated milk

Preparation

Step 1
In large pot or dutch oven, cook sausage and onion until sausage is cooked through, breaking up as it cooks.

Step 2
Add potatoes, chicken broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.

Step 3
Stir in corn and evaporated milk and cook until heated through.
