Turn to this chowder when you need to warm up. Made with the comforting flavors of corn, potatoes and breakfast sausage, this recipe will do the trick.
This recipe is made with
12 ounces Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Ground Sausage 1 medium onion, chopped 3 cups potatoes, cut to 1/2 inch cubes 3 cups chicken broth 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 2 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels 12 ounces evaporated milk
Step 1 In large pot or dutch oven, cook sausage and onion until sausage is cooked through, breaking up as it cooks. Step 2 Add potatoes, chicken broth, salt and pepper and bring to boil, then reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes. Step 3 Stir in corn and evaporated milk and cook until heated through.
