2 cups wild rice
16 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Uncooked Pork Sausage Links
6 ounces onion, chopped
2 ounces celery, sliced
20 ounces cream of mushroom soup, canned
8 ounces sliced mushrooms
8 ounces dry white wine


Step 1
Prepare rice according to package directions, omitting salt, do not overcook.

Step 2
Meanwhile, cook sausage links in large skillet according to packages directions; drain well, leaving 2 tablespoons fat in skillet. Remove sausages and cool slightly; cut into bite-size pieces.

Step 3

Sauté onion and celery in skillet on medium heat 3 minutes. Stir in condensed soup, cooked rice, sausage, mushrooms, and wine until well combined.

Step 4
Spoon mixture into half hotel pan. Bake in preheated 350°F standard oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through.
