Product Information


1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup onion, chopped
2 red bell peppers, diced
2 green bell peppers, diced
4 cloves garlic, minced
12 Jones Dairy Farm Four Pepper Chicken Sausage Links, cut into 1/4-inch slices
4 cups marinara or tomato basil pasta sauce
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Cooked pasta or polenta as needed
Chopped fresh basil as needed
Grated parmesan cheese as needed


Step 1
Heat oil in large sauté pan over medium heat. Add onion, bell peppers and garlic; sauté 10 minutes. Add sausage to pan and sauté 5 minutes. Add pasta sauce and pepper flakes and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Step 2
For each serving, spoon 2/3 cup sauce over 3 ounces cooked pasta or 2/3 cup cooked polenta. Garnish with basil and cheese.
