Preparation
Step 1
Combine apple jelly, vinegar, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves.
Step 2
Unwrap ham and place on parchment-paper lined half sheet pan. Score surface of ham into diamond shapes using a sharp knife.
Step 3
Spread 1/3 of jelly mixture over top of ham. Bake ham in preheated 300˚F standard oven 1 hour.
Step 4
Spread remaining jelly mixture over ham and bake approximately 45 minutes or until ham reaches 140˚F.
Step 5
Let stand 5 minutes before slicing.
