8 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon 
2 cups day old bread, cubed 
4 cups ripe tomatoes, chopped 
1/4 cup fresh basil, sliced 
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil 
1/4 cup mayonnaise 
1/4 cup sour cream 
1 teaspoon honey 
2 teaspoons rice vinegar 
1/4 cup fresh basil, chopped 
Salt and pepper to taste 
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped



Step 1
In medium sauté pan, cook bacon until crisp. Drain and chop, set aside. 

Step 2
In large bowl, combine bread, tomatoes, basil and olive oil. Toss gently and set aside while you prepare the dressing.

Step 3
Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, honey, rice vinegar and basil in blender or small food processor. Blend until smooth. Taste and season with salt and pepper as desired. 

Step 4
Spread romaine lettuce on large platter or four small plates. Gently spoon tomato and bread mixture over lettuce. 

Step 5
Sprinkle cooked bacon over top and drizzle dressing generously over entire salad. Finish with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
