2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves or chives, chopped
2 (1.5 oz) Jones Dairy Farm All Natural Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage Patties
2 slices sourdough or country Italian bread, lightly toasted
1 large leaf boston or romaine lettuce
3 to 4 slices ripe avocado
2 to 3 slices ripe tomato


Step 1
Combine mayonnaise and basil and spread over toasted bread.

Meanwhile, cook sausage in hot grill pan or on flat top grill until browned, 2 to 3 minutes per side.
