Ingredients

1 teaspoon dijon mustard
1 teaspoon mayonnaise 
1 teaspoon honey
2 (1.5 ounce) Jones Dairy Farm Fully Cooked Chicken Sausage Patties
2 slices sharp cheddar cheese
1 pretzel hamburger bun, split, lightly toasted
Optional toppings: Boston lettuce leaves, pickled red onions, sliced ripe tomato

Preparation

Step 1
Prepare grill or grill pan to medium heat. Combine mustard, mayonnaise and honey. Mix well and set aside. 

Step 2
Grill sausage patties over medium-high heat for 2 to 3 minutes per side or until cooked through. Place cheese over patties and cook just until melted. Spread sauce over toasted bun and fill with patties and any desired toppings.
