A cobb salad is only as good as its ingredients. This one uses Jones Cherrywood Smoked Bacon and a homemade avocado ranch dressing.

2 avocados, diced and divided
3/4 cup buttermilk 
1/2 cup sour cream 
1/4 cup fresh dill 
1/4 cup fresh parsley
1/8 cup fresh chives
1 tablespoon olive oil 
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons seasoned rice vinegar 
2 cloves garlic, minced 
1 teaspoon salt 
1/2 teaspoon pepper 
8 cups chopped Romaine Lettuce 
8 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Cherrywood Smoked Bacon, cooked and chopped or crumbled 
8 ounces chicken breast, cooked and chopped 
3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped 
1 cup diced tomatoes 
1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese 


Step 1
Combine 1 avocado, buttermilk, sour cream, dill, parsley, chives, olive oil, lemon juice, seasoned rice vinegar, minced garlic salt and pepper in blender or food processor and process until smooth. For thinner dressing, add more buttermilk until you reach desired consistency. Store in refrigerator. Dressing Recipe makes 2 cups. 

Step 2
Place romaine in large bowl. Top with bacon, chicken, eggs, tomatoes, remaining avocado and blue cheese. Toss to combine. Pour roughly 3/4 cup dressing on top and toss to coat. Serve immediately.
