24 1/2-inch slices rustic white country bread or hearty pecan-raisin bread
10 ounces apricot or peach preserves
18 ounces Wisconsin brie cheese
24 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Boneless Ham, sliced
12 ounces Wisconsin blue cheese, crumbled


Step 1
For each sandwich spread 1 slice of bread with 1 tablespoon preserves. Top with 1 slice brie, 2 ounces ham and 2 tablespoons blue cheese. Cover with second slice of bread.

Step 2
Grill sandwiches on preheated oiled 325°F flat top grill approximately 3 minutes per side or until bread is golden and cheese begins to melt.
