4 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Dry Aged Bacon
1 pound pizza dough
1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2 cup ricotta cheese
Handful fresh basil leaves, torn

Step 1
Dice bacon into 1/4-inch pieces. Heat large skillet over medium-high heat; add bacon and cook until crisp. Drain on paper-towel lined plate.

Step 2
Grease grates well and heat grill to medium heat, temperature should be about 400˚F with lid closed. Spray piece of foil with nonstick cooking spray. Roll pizza dough out on top of foil. Use foil and carefully flip the dough over onto grill, removing foil. Close lid and grill until bottom of crust is browned and lightly charred, about 3-5 minutes.

Step 3
Using tongs or spatula, flip crust over. Drizzle olive oil over crust and layer mozzarella cheese, ricotta cheese, bacon and basil leaves. Close grill and continue to cook until cheese is melted, another 3-4 minutes.

Step 4
Carefully remove from grill and let sit for a couple minutes before slicing and serving.
