Ingredients

1 cup apple cider vinegar 
6 tablespoons maple syrup 
3 tablespoons Dijon mustard 
3/4 teaspoon salt 
3/4 teaspoon pepper 
1 cup olive oil 
24 ounces Jones Dairy Farm Ham, cut into thin strips 
17 ounces mixed salad greens 
3 cups blue cheese, crumbled 
6 pears, thinly sliced 
1 1/2 cups pecan halves, toasted 

 

Preparation

Step 1
Whisk together apple cider vinegar, maple syrup, Dijon, salt and pepper in a small bowl. Slowly pour in olive oil, while whisking. Set aside. 

Step 2
Heat ham strips in skillet over medium-high heat, cook until crispy and brown, about 5 minutes. Set aside. 

Step 3
In large bowl, toss salad greens, ham, blue cheese, pears and pecans. 

Step 4
Drizzle with half of the dressing and toss until greens are glistening. Add more dressing as desired.
